Pay for your AI once.
Your AI app’s calls to Zyflow, through MCP or the REST API, are never billed on any plan, and there are no AI credits to buy. You keep paying for Claude, ChatGPT or another AI app as you do today, and that app’s own usage limits still apply. Short burst limits stop runaway scripts.
Why it costs less: Zyflow runs no AI, so it has no AI costs to pass on and nothing to meter.
No hidden costs: no onboarding fee, no seat minimum, no AI credits and no overage charges. Free has no time limit.
How other CRMs charge for their own AI
Several of the CRMs we checked sell their own AI in credits or sessions, on top of the per-seat price. If you already pay for Claude or ChatGPT, that’s paying for AI twice. List prices, checked Oct 2, 2026:6
- HubSpot: credits, with 500, 3,000 or 5,000 included a month depending on the plan, then $0.01 each. Unused credits don’t roll over.
- Attio: seat credits plus workspace credits, with extra credit packs on top.
- Close: 500 to 2,000 AI credits per user.
- Freshsales: the Freddy AI Agent costs $49 per 100 sessions.
Not every CRM bills AI this way. Pipedrive includes its Nova AI on the Lite plan, and Pipedrive, Attio and Twenty don’t bill your own AI’s MCP calls through their credits. Where they differ from Zyflow is the pricing model: those CRMs charge per seat, while Zyflow charges one price for the team and leaves the AI to the app you chose.
