What is Zyflow?
Zyflow is a lightweight CRM for small businesses that sits underneath the AI app you already use. Connect Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI or any MCP app with one link. ChatGPT works on Business and Enterprise plans in developer mode.2 Your AI looks up customers, logs calls, sets follow-ups, records what people owe, files documents and makes invoices and quotes, while Zyflow does the math. Zyflow runs no AI of its own. It keeps the record straight: it finds the customer you already have instead of making a copy, has your AI ask when a name is unclear,3 labels every change with the app that made it, and lets you undo changes within your plan’s history window.1 People use the same data in a full web app. One price covers the whole team, your AI’s calls are never billed, and you can export your records any time.4

For decades the CRM was a place you typed into. Now the AI app is where you talk. Many CRMs responded by bolting on their own assistant and billing it by the seat and the credit. That’s backwards. You already chose your AI, and you already pay for it. What it lacks is a record it can trust: one that doesn’t forget between chats, finds the Sam you already have instead of starting a second one, and lets you take back what it got wrong.1 Zyflow is that record. Your AI does the talking. Zyflow keeps the customers, the follow-ups, the money owed and the paperwork, at one price for the whole team, and never bills your AI’s calls.

Why does Zyflow run no AI of its own?
Zyflow runs no AI of its own because you already chose your AI app, and you shouldn’t pay for a second one inside your CRM. The Zyflow app has no AI model and no analytics or tracking scripts. Your AI app, such as Claude or Cursor, does the talking; Zyflow keeps the record. Anything your AI app reads from Zyflow is covered by your AI provider’s terms.
Why does Zyflow cost what it costs?
Zyflow runs no AI, so it has no AI costs to pass on and nothing to meter. Your AI’s calls to Zyflow are never billed,5 and there are no AI credits, onboarding fees, seat minimums or overage charges. Free has every feature we offer today, with no time limit.
How does Zyflow make money?
Zyflow makes money from paid plans. No ads, no data sales, no AI upsell. Paid plans are for teams that need more people, records, files and history. Every workspace starts on Free, and Free costs nothing.
If you leave
Export your records, documents and history any time, on every plan.4 Disconnect any AI app in one click, and its access stops right away. Deleting a workspace is immediate and permanent.

Is Zyflow affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI?
No. Zyflow isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or OpenAI, and isn’t part of Anthropic’s Claude for Small Business bundle. You add it yourself, as a custom connector in Claude or through developer mode on ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu.
Is Zyflow open source? Can I self-host it?
No to both. Zyflow is a hosted service: the app isn’t open source, and self-hosting isn’t offered. The one-file local bridge, for AI apps that can only start local servers, is MIT-licensed.
Where is Zyflow’s data hosted?

- 1 Undo works within your plan’s history window: 30 days on Free, up to 3 years on paid plans. Deleted items can be restored for 30 days on every plan. Settings changes, such as pipelines, custom fields and tag renames, are logged but can’t be undone.
- 2 Writing to Zyflow from ChatGPT needs developer mode on a ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu plan. It’s in beta, on the web, and an admin switches it on. Claude works on every plan. Checked October 2026.
- 3 Your AI asks only if your AI app passes Zyflow’s question on to you. Name matching understands English connecting words, such as “Sam at Halden”.
- 4 Export gives you six CSV files, or one JSON file with your records, documents, change history (up to 100,000 changes) and links to every file. File contents download separately from Files.
- 5 Your AI app’s calls to Zyflow, through MCP or the REST API, are never billed on any plan, and there are no AI credits. Short burst limits stop runaway scripts. Your AI app’s own subscription and usage limits still apply.
