Why it matters

If your customers live in a spreadsheet, an inbox and your head, an AI app can now do the typing. But a chat forgets, and an AI that writes to your records needs guardrails. Zyflow gives your AI one record to keep. It finds the customer you already have, has your AI ask when a name is unclear,3 labels every change with the app that made it, and lets you undo what it gets wrong.1

Your AI saves facts about a customer, and any app you connect can read them later. Write standing Notes for your AI once, and each app gets about 1,500 characters of them when it connects.4

Today lists who to call or chase and what’s due, then money owed, what each AI app changed in the last 24 hours, open deals and customers who’ve gone quiet. An 8am email lists what’s due that day.5

Invoices and quotes

Tell your AI what to bill. Zyflow numbers the invoice or quote, works out totals and tax, and files the PDF under the customer. Up to 200 lines per document, with 5 built-in templates.

Zyflow records payments; it doesn’t collect them. Your AI drafts; you press send.

Your AI can save files of up to 10 MB each, link them to a customer or deal, and find them by name or description.

through Zyflow, your AI can see images up to 5 MB and text files up to 1 MB. It can’t read the text inside PDFs, Word or Excel files.

Every change records who made it: a person, an AI app or an API key. The “What your AI did” card on Today lists each app’s changes from the last 24 hours, with an Undo on each.1

AI apps and MCP

Setup guides for Claude, ChatGPT,2 Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI and Windsurf, plus one link for any other MCP app. Cursor and VS Code install in one click from the Connect page. The MCP server supports the 2026-07-28 spec, still works with apps on earlier versions back to 2024-11-05, and gives your AI 32 tools behind OAuth 2.1 sign-in.

What doesn’t work yet

  • Zyflow doesn’t read your inbox, calendar, calls or WhatsApp. Tell your AI, or paste the thread.
  • No card payment collection, e-signature or native mobile app.
  • No two-factor sign-in, SSO or per-person permissions.
  • English only. Your own AI can draft messages in your customer’s language.
  • The Gemini app isn’t supported. Gemini CLI is.

Limits

Who gets it: every plan, and any AI app that supports MCP. Writing from ChatGPT needs developer mode on Business, Enterprise or Edu.2

Your AI will get things wrong sometimes. Plan for that. Every change it makes shows in History under the app’s name, with an Undo.1
